The complete wine list enriches the culinary offer, following the same thread of tradition and innovation, from Lambrusco to Champagne, finishing with excellent Grappa, produced directly by Brunello’s Family.

In the kitchen, the bright rising star, Chef Alessio Di Ciano, graduated of the famous ALMA, the most important professional training center of Italian Cuisine, internationally known, plays his dishes, linking tradition and innovation.

Before or after dinner, the Bar Café Brunello, becomes a place of conviviality: hospitality, atmosphere and wide selection of cocktails mixed by our bartender and served in the sitting rooms overlooking the winter garden or, during the summer, in the poolside veranda.
